Prearrangement Process

Completing a prearrangement is an easy 3 step process
STEP 1
First, select the funeral home you want to provide the service. Then record the basic information that will be needed for the legal paperwork. We have attached a VITAL STATISTICS form you can print and mail or fax to the funeral home location of your choosing. You may select CONTINUE at the bottom of this page to submit the form by email.
STEP 2
Second, we can talk about and review your service and merchandise choices and estimate your expenses based on these choices. A copy of these choices can then be kept on file with the information form. If you do not wish to pre-pay and guarantee the costs at this time, you have still now completed a basic prearrangement.
STEP 3
Pre-funding the selections you have made is the final step to completing the prearrangement. There are many options available for single payment and time payment plans. When you have prepaid the funeral, the costs are protected in a tax free growth fund in your own name. In the event any funds paid in advance are not used, the money is refundable to your estate.
