STEINKE, HELEN M. of Waterford; April 25, 2012; age 83; Loving mother of Scott Steinke and Katharine Lee Steinke; Mrs. Steinke worked as a switchboard operator at Michigan Bell Telephone Company. She was a member of a monthly bridge and pinochle club for over 40 years and enjoyed volunteering at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. Funeral Services will be Saturday, April 28, 2012, 12:00 Noon at the RIVERSIDE CHAPEL, Simpson-Modetz Funeral Home, 5630 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday 10 a.m. until time of service. Interment Pine Lake Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Michigan Humane Society.
