Visitations

Kenneth R. Dean, devoted husband, beloved father, cherished “Poppi”,
brother, son, and friend, passed away on August 13th, 2012, after a
brief battle with cancer. He was three score and eight years old. Ken
committed his life’s work to what he loved. As a respected Chief
Engineer with General Motors for more than 35 years, he never missed a
single day of work. As a dedicated family man, he raised three
children and lived to see three grandchildren. As an ardent fan of the
Corvette, his collection began with a red ’63 split-window and
culminated with a blue ’03 convertible. As a zealous dancer, he took
up the muse whenever the mood stuck him (embarrassment of teenaged
children be damned). Ken is survived by his wife of more than 40
years, Leslie, his two sons, Rod and Peter, his daughter Audrey
(husband Sean), and a large & loving extended family. Ken will be
missed always.
