SEETERLIN, JAMES E. of White Lake; April 16, 2017; age 90; Loving husband of the late Evelyn; Beloved father of Suzanne (Mike) Rice, Georgeanne Kittridge, Joseph Seeterlin, John (Mary) Seeterlin, Robert (Mary) Seeterlin, Teresa (Tim) Cassady, Laurel (Mike) Dailey, Christopher (Maria Teresa) Seeterlin, Nicholas Seeterlin and Sarah (Jeff) Johnson. Dear brother of Donald (Geraldine) Seeterlin and brother in law of Donna Wilson (Mick Plautz); Also cherished by twenty-seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Mr. Seeterlin served as the Waterford Township Supervisor for over 18 years, was a WWII Army Air Corp veteran and was a member of the Teamsters Local #614. For over 50 years, he was a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Waterford Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #2887, and the Waterford Lions Club. He was a member of Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church and the Lost Lakes Woods Club. The Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church, 5481 Dixie Highway, Waterford. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Riverside Chapel, Simpson-Modetz Funeral Home, 5630 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford, and at the church on Thursday 10:30 a.m. until time of Mass. Rosary Wednesday 6 p.m. Rite of Committal Crescent Hills Cemetery. Rather than sending flowers, the family would appreciate memorials be made to the Waterford Lions Club.
